Coconut Sticky Rice with Sweet Mango Recipe

Originally from Thailand, this summer dessert combines the tangy and creamy tastes of mango and coconut. With locally-sourced organic ingredients and Supercoco Vegan coconut cream powder, you and your mom can enjoy this delicious dessert with less guilt.


3/4 cup sticky rice

1 1/2 cup water

1 cup coconut milk

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1/4 tsp salt



  1. Cook rice.
  2. In a pan, over medium heat, dissolve coconut sugar and salt in coconut milk.
  3. Once rice is cooked, add the liquid mixture a little at a time to sticky rice and mix until well-combined.
  4. Allow to cool. Chill



1/3 cup coconut milk

1/2 tbsp coconut sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp corn flour

1/3 pc ripe mango



  1. Mix coconut milk, sugar, salt and corn flour in a pan and cook over medium heat to dissolve and until mixture thickens in a syrup-like consistency.
  2. Top with mangoes.
