The Service provides a marketing platform in the World Wide Web of the Internet where third party merchants or retailers (“Merchants”) can offer products (“Products”) to and transact with the Users of the Service, wherein Echostore facilitates payments in behalf of the Merchants and provides all relevant services required to fulfill the order requests of Users.

Your order becomes effective upon successful transmission after you choose your mode of payment and press “Next”. You cannot cancel the order after that time. Further, you must shoulder the delivery in addition to the price of your ordered product, as shown on the Order Review.
Prices listed on this website are current and updated. We may, however, modify prices without earlier notification. If it so happens that you have placed an order and we modified the product price before it is delivered to you, the original total price listed in your invoice shall be followed.
Echostore guarantees that we use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order get to you on time.
We guarantee delivery of your order within 2-3 business days for Metro Manila deliveries, while 3-5 business days for provincial deliveries.
We are unable to accept liability if the delivery of your Goods is late or if stock is not available in time for the scheduled delivery.
We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to the Goods after delivery.
Echostore warrants that the Goods are apt for their intended purpose, are merchantable, and meet descriptions we have provided. All other warranties and representations, except those which are non-excludable in law, are excluded.
If the Goods are faulty or do not meet these warranties, we will replace the Goods. We, however, exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
We cannot be held liable if you have failed to follow instructions, modified the goods, or used them for unintended purpose.
We will try to assist you if you wish to exchange unused Goods but we may require you to pay for costs we will incur as a result thereof. Other Goods cannot be exchanged if they are not resalable.
By using Echostore promotions, it is implied that you accept the rules and any specific instructions and terms for such promotion which may be listed or mentioned in any electronic messages or on the website or in any other medium with which it was communicated to you.
