Coconut Products

Coconut Cider

Coconut cider follows the same process to make apple cider but instead of apples, coconut sap is used. Both ciders are great at fighting germs, cut the risk of heart disease, and help you burn calories. However, coconut cider is a bit sweeter and contains more nutrients such as potassium, B vitamins, all nine essential amino acids and eight non-essential amino acids.

Coconut Liquid Aminos

Coconut aminos is the healthy replacement for soy sauce as it contains less sodium than the latter. It’s gluten-free, non-GMO, soy-free, and vegan! Since this condiment is made with coconut nectar and sea salt, it comes with all the healthy, coconut goodness such as protection and reduction from disease risks, helps maintain the weight, boosts the immune system, and among others!

Coco Sugar

The world is already filled with healthy alternatives to white sugar, but why coconut sugar? Because it has a lower glycemic index when compared to white or refined cane sugar. It is safer for diabetics and those watching their sugar intake. It tastes good, too.

Culinary Coconut Oil

Culinary coconut oil is a versatile cooking oil perfect for frying, baking, sautéing, and can even be used as a butter replacement. It does not affect the taste and odor of the food when used in cooking despite its slight-almost-to-neutral coconut taste. This oil is purposely made to provide a healthy and safe cooking alternative as compared to vegetable and palm oils we usually cook with.

MCT Oil

MCT stands for medium-chain triglyceride. ECHOstore’s MCT oil is certified organic and obtained from 100% virgin coconut oil using absolutely no heat (ANH method), which preserves the natural properties of the oil. MCT oil is the healthiest part and the highest grade of coconut oil, making it easier for the body to absorb it. This oil helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels, promote healthy weight management, and is good for people who have increased energy needs.

Virgin Coconut Oil

ECHOstore’s VCO does not go through big production. It is cold-pressed and filtered but not deodorized and bleached with heat. It has a light coconut taste and aroma and made from fresh coconuts. The less processing that is done to coconut oil, the more nutritious and beneficial it is. This means that virgin coconut oil is better than highly processed coconut oil. VCO helps strengthen the brainpower, muscles, digestive and immune system.

Home and Body Products

All Natural/Organic

All natural and organic products do not contain harmful chemicals such as pesticides, synthetic hormones, antibiotics, extenders, additives, and preservatives. ECHOstore believes that everything that is natural and/or organic is good for our body, our health and our community.

Beauty without Bunnies

A program started by PETA, this label assures that ECHOstore does not promote and conduct (or supply from companies that conduct) animal-testing on any items sold. This also means that ECHOstore home and body products are made without harming or killing animals. We do not use ingredients using animal byproducts obtained by killing the animals.

Environment-Friendly

Goods and services that are environment-friendly (or eco-friendly) are produced with minimal or no harm upon the environment and ecosystems. This means that these products are usually made with no harmful chemicals and made to be sustainable. An ecosystem is where a community of living things systematically interact with non-living things in a particular area. Therefore, we are responsible in maintaining our ecosystem habitable primarily because this is where we live and where the future generation will live.

Paraben-Free

Parabens are man-made preservatives widely used in cosmetics and personal care products, which companies use to extend product shelf life and reduce bacteria growth. However, parabens are linked to health risks such as breast cancer and fertility issues. To avoid this, ECHOstore produces only all natural and paraben-free body products.

SLS-Free

Using SLS-free products helps encourage people to become more sustainable and responsible in their daily lives.  Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, or SLS for short, is a harmful cleansing agent used in many personal hygiene products that serves as a surfactant. From low to high concentration, studies show that SLS causes irritation of the scalp, gums, and skin. It is also known to be toxic to groundwater and emits poisonous fumes when heated. This is also used to make shampoo and soap more bubbly. Since ECHOstore products are SLS-free, less water is used when rinsing because there’s less bubbles.

Food Products

Free-Range

Free-range animals are kept in natural conditions usually with more space to roam, giving them freedom to move. Free-range animals look for healthy food on their own around the farm rather than being fed corn or commercial feeds. They are also not given harmful antibiotics but instead they also find their own natural medicines and remedies around the farm, unlike caged animals who spend their entire lives behind bars and are fed unnatural supplements to help them get fatter at a faster rate.

Grass-Fed

Grass-fed animals may continue to live on grassland for the rest of their whole lives and would eat mostly grass, making their meat meatier, healthier, and tastier to eat. Its meat is more alkaline than regular corn-fed cows and is better for our health.

Naturally-Raised

Naturally-raised animals are not given antibiotics nor added hormones and they are fed a pure vegetarian diet.

Sustainably-Farmed

Sustainably-farmed animals and vegetables are produced to protect the environment, public health, and both human and animal welfare. Sustainable farming is small-scale farming that primarily grows food produce just enough to be consumed by a specific number of people. Sustainable farming reduces waste by not over-producing farm products.
