For over four decades, the Ikalahan have preserved their way of life and their forests through their community enterprise, crafting jams and jellies from both familiar and indigenous fruits. Each jar of Dagwey Jelly is a celebration of biodiversity and tradition, made with care by the Kalahan Educational Foundation to support forest conservation and rural livelihoods.
