I really loved it when inhaled. However the scent dissipates quickly. So if my nose is clogged, it doesn't help much. If you could recreate this same scent signature as an essential oil blend, I would buy it for a diffuser. But when applied to the temples of my head, the chill it creates is PERFECT for easing headaches [caused by colds or eye strain].
